1. Service description
Signal is a network intelligence product built by NOMΘI. It helps professionals understand their LinkedIn connections, score contact relevance for specific offers, and generate personalised outreach drafts using AI. Signal does not send messages on your behalf. All outreach is initiated manually by the user.
2. Acceptable use
Signal is designed for manual, individual use with your own first degree LinkedIn connections. You may not use Signal for scraping, bulk messaging, or any form of programmatic access beyond the provided interface. You may not use Signal to harass, spam, or deceive other people. You agree not to use Signal to send unsolicited commercial messages to people you do not know. You are responsible for all messages you choose to send using drafts prepared by Signal.
3. Data you provide
Signal processes data you upload from your LinkedIn data export (connections, posts, and related metadata). You confirm that you have the right to share this data and that it was obtained through official LinkedIn data export tools. Signal does not scrape LinkedIn or access LinkedIn on your behalf.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can choose monthly or annual billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis. 5. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page in Signal. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems and cancels any active subscription. You may also request deletion by emailing [email protected].
6. AI generated content
Signal uses AI models to generate draft messages and post suggestions. These drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any generated content. NOMΘI makes no guarantees about the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of AI generated drafts.
7. Service availability
Signal is provided on a best effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
Signal is provided as is. NOMΘI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost business opportunities, or consequences of messages you send using drafts generated by Signal. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Signal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
